Prince George, BC – There’s no word on any injuries following a single vehicle collision on Highway 16, in the Gateway Business Area of the city earlier this evening.
A car travelling eastbound left the road and hit a telephone pole, near 20th Avenue. The collision knocked a tire off the vehicle and cracked the pole, although it remained upright.
The route is down to a single lane.

“There are a lot of good drivers out there, we just see the dummies cause they stick out (In the ditch, in the hydro pole etc….)”
From an earlier post. Nuf said!
Nooooo…
That person had a medical emergency.
I mean that is the current excuse of the times now isn’t it.
I’ll take ‘what is texting while driving’ for $400, Alex.
I am not going to make blame, I would however love to hear the drivers version and then what actually happened, something tells me they may not be the same, but yet maybe they are.
Oh looky there, a car hit a pole. I wonder what caused that?
Wonder why there are tire tracks directly behind the car at 90 degrees to it…?
Trying to create a short cut to Grevman Ct.
