Police Investigate Shooting Incident
Fort St. John, B.C. – Mounties are investigating a shooting incident in Fort St. John and they need your help.
It happened early this morning shortly before 3:00 am in the parking lot of a motel in the 9700 block of Alaska Road South.
Police arrived on scene to find blood and broken glass. They later found the victim suffering from superficial injuries that were not related to the “believed gun shot.”
It’s believed this was a “targeted incident as the victim is known to them and the individual is currently not cooperating with the investigation.”
Mounties know of a number of vehicles that were around the motel at the time of the shooting but are unsure whether they are related to their investigation.
