Burns Lake, B.C. – A suspicious residential fire is under investigation in Burns Lake.

This after a house on Mcphail Road caught fire late Wednesday morning.

North District RCMP say the Burns Lake Fire Department arrived on scene to find a man outside the home, and a man and a woman still inside.

One of the men and a woman were treated for smoke inhalation, while the second man was sent to Vancouver hospital for treatment of serious burns.

The Burns Lake RCMP, with the assistance of the North District Major Crime Unit and the Prince George Forensic Identification Unit are investigating.
