Prince George, B.C. – City firefighting crews were called into action early Friday night at a structure fire near 2^nd Avenue and Kelly Street North.

Prince George Fire Rescue personnel were sent to 214 Kelly Street North at about 6 o’clock Friday evening.  It is unclear whether anyone was in the home at the time.  A bystander believed firefighters had to kick in the door to gain access.

Cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
