Prince George, B.C. – The Prince George winner of the Lotto Max draw Friday night has stepped forward.
He is 63 year old Normand Constant, retired, and a forty year resident of the city.
“Unbelievable,” was his response as he picked up his winnings in Richmond today.
What does he plan to do with the money?
“Take a trip to Montreal and buy a Cadillac pickup,” said Constant. “And live the good life I guess.”
He said he bought his ticket on Thursday at Walmart and didn’t check it until he heard there was a winner in Prince George Saturday afternoon.
“After I heard someone had won, I checked my tickets and I had a few, and the last one I checked was the one.”

As a young man, I was told these words. You always believe your wealth and parents will last forever.
Now thats a good news story. Congratulations Normand.
It’s too bad they make people come forward when they win the lottery. This guy can’t keep a low profile and enjoy him money in private. Now the creeps will be coming out of the woodwork, his phone will be ringing off the hook.
