Attempted Murder Charge Stayed Against Quesnel Man

Quesnel, B.C. – An attempted murder charge against a Quesnel man has been stayed.
Myles Pacholok was originally charged Monday in relation to a disturbance involving gunfire on Comeau Road just north of Quesnel early Sunday morning – but that charge was stayed Tuesday.
Tyler Brown has been charged with one count of Break and Enter and another count of Assault with a Weapon in relation to the incident.
Brown is back in court today for a Bail Hearing.
The male victim of the shooting is in stable condition. No other information has been released.
