Suspicious Occurrence Near School

Prince George, B.C.- RCMP in Prince George are hoping to  contact a male  believed to be  connected to a suspicious incident that happened  early  yesterday near Hart Highlands Elementary located at 2233 Sussex Lane in Prince George.

At about 8:30 yesterday morning,  a  12 year old girl was approached by a male in a newer, black GMC Sierra pickup, with a tonneau cover. The male, who was unknown to her, asked the female if she needed a ride. The female ran to school where both the school administration and police were notified.

The male was described as:

  • Caucasian
  • Balding
  • Approximately 35 years old
  • Wearing a white shirt.

The police would like to speak with this male. If you have any information in regards to this incident of who the male might be,  you are asked to  contact the Prince George RCMP at (250) 561-3300 or anonymously contact Crime Stoppers at 1(800)222-8477
