Prince George, B.C. – There is some good news  in the new  regular season schedule for the Prince George Cougars.  First,  the regular season will open  with back to back  home games ( against Everett)  secondly,  most of the home games will be played on weekends.

25 of the 36 games the Cougars will play on home ice will take place on Friday Saturday or Sunday.

The regular season starts on Friday September 25th.

Fan favourite events  include the Ugly blazer/vintage theme game against the Kamloops Blazers on November 28th  while the teddy bear toss will be held December 19th against the Victoria Royals.

The Cougars will hit the road for  an eastern swing into Saskatchewan and Manitoba at the end of January.
