Party in the Park Underway
Long line up for free food – photos 250News
Prince George ,B.C. – The weather is perfect for a party in the park, and that’s exactly what’s going on at Lheidli T’enneh Memoral Park this evening.
Hundreds of people have shown up for the free food supplied by Save On Foods, and will be on hand for the live entertainment that will include a magician, free rides on the Little Prince train, artistic performances, a mechanical bull, bouncy castle, and what would a party be without a guy on stilts making balloon figures?
(at right, ‘High Wire’ passes a balloon creation to a park visitor )
There’s also face painting, a comedy magician, and at dusk, a movie.
Fresh Air Films will be presenting “The Emperors New Groove”.
The event is free, and is a centennial celebration sponsored by Canfor, Save On Foods and our media friends at Pattison Broadcasting Group in Prince George.

Never heard of that park before. Where is it.
It’s supposedly near Fort George park :-)
Look on the park map at Tourism PG. They always have the latest names.
Still the same park, just a different name, and I enjoyed myself.
Oh get a grip. The name’s changed. Deal with it.
Some-body.. Get a sense of humor…
