Prince George, B.C.- Northbound traffic is flowing once again on the John Hart Highway in Prince George.
Northbound lanes had been closed following a single vehicle crash into a hydro pole around 4 this afternoon. The lanes shut down as hydro lines were down across the roadway and BC Hydro was called to the scene to deal with those lines.
Power was knocked out to about 2800 customers in the region.
No one involved in the crash suffered any serious injuries.
Power has since been restored to the affected area.

I don’t know how 90% of the drivers on the hart got their license in the first place. They drive like the rules don’t apply to them
It’s not their fault. It’s a proven fact that IQ level drops as soon as you enter the Hart. Don’t let it happen to you!
And the drivers out around College Heights are awesome. Go figure! Must be something in the water.
If you call the police about the drivers on the hart, they just tell you tot bad!
If you call the police about the drivers on the hart, they just tell you too bad!
ya the Hart drivers are the worst, that’s why some of the worst intersections for accidents are in college heights and on the way to college heights.
People that live in Up the Hart Land still use the phrase…”I have to go to town”. Can’t recall anyone ever saying…”I’m going up the Hart to go shopping”.
Why is it I see good drivers on the Hart and a few stupids, like everywhere else. Fools stick out more. Been in the curb lane up the Hart many times, yes there’s a few who wanna fly, but by and large, good drivers.
Ha, ha, ha, Prince George picking on itself, this site is something special because of the people who post comments on it. Oh, oh, now I’ve done it, here comes the “we have the right to smear ourselves” crowd.
Hey, I know, after we get done with the Hart crowd, lets pick on the “hood” people. I have lived in this city for over 20 years, it has it’s own unique character, which is reflected in the comments on this site.
