Prince George, B.C. – A reminder about a road project for those motorists and others who travel over Cranbrook Hill via Tyner Boulevard and University Way.

Should you miss the sign at Tyner and Ospika advising that Tyner is closed at University Heights, it is, indeed, closed and will be until August 21^st.  Similarly, if you don’t see the sign at 15^th and Foothills which points out the road closure at the entrance to the Cranbrook Hill Greenway rest assured that that is as far as you’l l get in a vehicle until the 21^st.

The reason for the closures is the $600,000 re-paving of Tyner which was to have been done earlier this month but was delayed by equipment problems and repairs.

As with all road rehab projects the completion date is weather-dependent.
