Timberwolves Prepare for Canada West Soccer Season

Prince George, B.C. – The UNBC Timberwolves Women’s Soccer team warmed up for the Canada West season by hosting a three-team pre-season mini tournament this weekend.

The Timberwolves fell 2-1 to Thompson Rivers University on Friday, TRU then dropped a 3-1 decision to Grant MacEwan University on Saturday and MacEwan shut out the Timberwolves 3-nil on Sunday.

The T’Wolves open the regular season at home on Friday, Sept 11th against UBCO and then host TRU on the 13th.

The Timberwolves Men’s team opens in Victoria Sept. 11th and 12th  and visits UBCO Sept 18th and 19th before hosting UFV on the 26th and 27th.
