Victoria, B.C. – Premier Christy Clark has issued the following statement on Thanksgiving:
“Thanksgiving is a time to gather with friends and family to celebrate and appreciate life’s many blessings.
“In British Columbia, we have a lot to be thankful for. We live in one of the most beautiful places on Earth, in a tolerant, diverse, and prosperous society.
“To all those who donate their time, food and service at community shelters and food banks this season – thank you.
“I wish all British Columbians a happy, healthy and safe Thanksgiving.”

Ignore all the political ramblings people just can’t help themselves in regurgitating and have a happy thanksgiving everyone, it is a beautiful day in PG for families to get together.

That’s as long as you’re not a child in “government care” (oxymoron if there ever was one). Or One who has “aged out” and are on your own without support!! Right Christy??
And we pay the highest gas prices in the country. I’m thankful for that?
Dinner will be a plate full of Site C smothered in a sauce of LNG.
And we have a premier who doesn’t have a grasp on reality
As Canadian residents we are extremely lucky & blessed to be living & enjoying a lifestyle that a very high percentage of the worlds population does not. Put aside your snide remarks & political bs for one evening & reflect on how truly lucky most of us are. The simple fact that some of you posted what you did with zero fear of recrimination should be enough.
Judging by the comments ” It’s true – winter is almost here, the nuts are falling out of the trees and landing here “
