Prince George, B.C. – The 9th annual Healthier You Expo goes today at the Prince George Civic Centre.

Its focus is to promote healthy living and will feature demonstrations by yoga master Sufey Chen and a keynote speech by Amazing Race Canada winner Tim Hague Sr.

There will be information booths and free flu shots along with a kids area courtesy of the YMCA and a food drive to help the Salvation Army.

Those who bring a non-perishable food item will enter a draw to win flights for two to Victoria courtesy of Pacific Coastal Airlines.

Today’s event is free and runs from 10:00am-4:00pm.
