Prince George, B.C.- A police investigation on Ahbau Street in Prince George has forced some who live in the 1100 block out of their homes.
Earlier this morning, RCMP and the Emergency Response Team converged on a residence in the 1100 block of Ahbau. Two people were arrested outside the residence without incident.
With the possibility of firearms or other weapons in the home, and the possibility others may still be in that residence, Police have blocked off that section of Ahbau, and have asked immediate neighbours to leave the area.
Police are executing a search warrant on the premises.
Once the area is clear and police have completed their execution of the search warrant, neighbours and traffic, will be allowed to return to the area.
In the meantime, Police are asking that the public stay clear of the area.
