Prince George, B.C. – Here’s a great opportunity to lace up the skates and head out on an outdoor pond with family and friends.

The Hart Community Association is holding its 7^th annual Skate with Santa today at the Ridgeview Rink on Ridgeview Drive.  It runs from 1 pm to 3 pm this afternoon and there will be hot chocolate and treats on hand to make it a fun family event.

The high temperature for the day is supposed to get up to about minus 3 degrees and, with a few snow flurries expected, it should be just about perfect conditions for having an enjoyable time.

The event is put on every Christmas by volunteers with the Hart Community Association with the assistance of the folks at Tim Hortons.
