Prince George, B.C.-  There is  a  weather alert for the Williston region north of Prince George.

Areas of freezing drizzle are expected or occurring.

A slow moving trough of low pressure over central B.C. is giving an extended period of freezing drizzle to the Williston area. A few mm of ice may accumulate through this evening before drier air gradually moves in.

Motorists are advised to drive with extreme caution.
