Prince George, B.C.- Highway 97 at Old Summit Lake Road, north of Christopher Driver, is down to single lane alternating traffic as emergency crews remove a vehicle and trailer from the ditch.
RCMP say a pick up truck towing a trailer, left the highway and collided with a hydro pole just before 7 this morning. Hydro lines were down, and the occupants of the truck could not be removed until BC Hydro attended the scene.
No one was seriously injured.
Road conditions were slushy at the time of this single vehicle crash.
The highway will be reopened once the vehicle has been removed.
