Prince George, B.C. – There’s a new beer on tap at Pacific Western Brewing.
Today the company unveiled it’s latest creation – Cariboo Springs Lager.
“It’s a premium beer with local ingredients and 100% spring water,” said product development manager Paul Mulgrew. “It’s a really cool product that represents the province in a great time for B.C. craft beer.”
He said today’s announcement was specially timed to coincide with the seven year anniversary of the launch of Cariboo Genuine Draft.
“I love the fact it’s our anniversary and Cariboo sort of really put us back on the map and I think we’ve done value beer really well, we’ve put great beer in cans and now it’s just a time to show we do a really premium beer.”
