Prince George, B.C. – The Caiboo Cougars will look to draw first blood when they face off in game one of the BC Major Midget League championship series tonight versus the Valley West Hawks at the Langley Events Centre (LEC).

The Cougars of course are coming off that dramatic 2-1 double overtime victory last Sunday over the Vancouver Northwest Giants at the Kin 1 Arena.

Tomorrow night game two of the best-of-three series switches to the South Surrey Arena. Game three if necessary will be played Sunday afternoon back at the LEC.

The teams met four times during the regular season with the Hawks holding a 2-1-1 edge.
