Prince George, B.C. – The BC Coroners Service has identified the two people killed in a two vehicle crash near Tete Jaune Cache Wednesday.

They are Karmen Anne McGee, aged 25 of New Westminster, and Bruce Donald Sykes, aged 64, of Vernon.

At around 8:30 that morning Ms. McGee was driving an SUV southbound on Highway 16 near Tete Jaune Cache when her vehicle collided with a loaded northbound tractor-trailer unit driven by Mr. Sykes. Both died at the scene.

The BC Coroners Service, WorkSafeBC, Commercial Vehicle Safety and Enforcement, and the RCMP continue to investigate.
