Craft Brewery Secures Equipment and Seasoned Advisor

Monday, April 11, 2016 @ 8:49 AM

Prince George, B.C.-Crossroads Brewery has taken another step forward in its development.
The craft brewery, which hopes to open later this year at its George Street location in Prince George, has purchased brewhouse equipment from Central City Brewers and Distillers of Surrey.
The equipment became available as Central City has moved up to larger production equipment.

The equipment is capable of producing up to 2.2 million cans of beer.

In addition to the equipment,  CrossRoads has  entered into a  agreement with Central City’s Brewmaster Gary Lohin.   He has  agreed to join CrossRoads as an advisor and mentor.

While the building on George street is being renovated for its latest incarnation ( formerly Tony Romas, Niners Diner and a garage), the search is on for a Head Brewer and a Manager.
