Quesnel, B.C. – North Cariboo Christian School is bringing back the Foam Fun Run in Quesnel this Saturday.

Billed as the only event of its kind in northern, B.C., the 5 km walk/run has two start times – 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.

“Last year was so nice, this year we are doing it twice,” says Lisa Landry, organizing committee member. “You can pick which time you like, the four foam machines and multiple obstacles are set up at West Fraser Timber Park.”

She says it will include a bubble slide, a bubble “person wash”, bubble culvert crawl, bubble mountain, wall climbs, spider web maze, a tire mountain and more.

Landry says last year’s event drew over 200 participants and is hoping for more this year.

Tickets are available prior to Saturday at Reason 2 Run in Quesnel and at West Fraser Timber Park the day of the event.

She says all proceeds go to school improvements.
