Prince George, B.C. – One person has died in a motor vehicle rollover accident this evening on the Hart Highway near Bear Lake.

The person was killed when the vehicle left Highway 97, 10 kilometres south of Bear Lake, and rolled down an embankment, ejecting the victim.  The accident happened shortly before 7 pm Saturday.

The RCMP, Prince George Regional Highway Rescue and B.C. Ambulance Service all responded to the scene.
