Prince George, B.C.-  BC Hydro has postponed a planned  power outage  for  Prince George.

The outage was supposed to  take effect at 3 am Sunday and last until 10 am Sunday so Hydro crews could  make some necessary repairs to a transmission pole.   The  outage was to have impacted all customers north of the Nechako River and  west of  the Fraser River.

That planned work has now been postponed to July 24th.
