Prince George BC – It was the first time for the Climb For Cancer an event that saw people make their way up the cutbacks as a fundraiser for Kordyban Lodge..

This morning organizers revealed the final total raised during the late April event was 30 thousand dollars.

“When we started this we had a modest goal of ten thousand dollars” says Northern Lights Winery owner Doug Bell.

He has announced the second Climb for Cancer will take place April 22 2017.
