From 7 this morning to 11:30 am, training necessary for certification will be taking place.
The training exercise could result in thick black smoke being visible in the area. The Airport wants to assure the public there is no need for concern, the training is taking place in a controlled area, and poses no threat to the Airport or the public.
In the past, people have spotted the smoke and contacted emergency personnel, but the Airport says there is no need to worry.
