Nautley River Crash Victim from Fort Fraser
Prince George, B.C. – The man who died early Sunday morning when his pick up truck went off the Nautley River bridge near Fort Fraser, was a resident of Fort Fraser.
RCMP say the 37 year old man was the lone occupant in the pick up truck.
According to police, they had received a report of a possible impaired driver on the Nautley Reserve, and the description of that truck matched that of a later report of a motor vehicle crash.
When police arrived on the scene of the crash, they found he pick up truck had gone off the bridge and had come to rest on its roof in the river. The driver was deceased at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing, however alcohol and speed are being considered as contributing factors in this fatal crash.
Anyone with information regarding this crash is asked to call the Fraser Lake RCMP or Crime Stoppers
