I wonder is Sarah will be coming?
man I was so excited that I spelt “if” wrong
Actually Lowes was open this Sunday. There were a lot of people in the store buying stuff and kicking tires. I imagine it will stay open and that Thursday is the **official opening**
Just got home from Lowes,
Home Depot look out and step up your game.
I quite liked it it seemed to be laid out well and was well lit too. I checked out prices on common renovation supplies there was a substantial price difference in some, example drywall, 4×8 light weight sheet was 20% or aprox $2 cheaper.
The real test for Lowes will be how it is in a years time.
Home Depot has gone downhill in the last few months. Common popular items seem to be always out of stock, equipment and services unavailable etc.
Very well lit and displayed. The dimensional lumber looked straight and dry—maybe this will only last the opening month, then crooked, wet lumber like Home Depot.
SORRY — I don’t go to a MALL to get Drywall.
