Cyclist Killed in Carney/15th Ave Collision Identified

Prince George, B.C. – The BC Coroners Service has identified the man who died in a motor vehicle collision last week in Prince George.
He was 36-year-old local resident Louis John Olson
Olson died when the bicycle he was riding collided with a semi-trailer unit at 15th and Carney just before 9:30 a.m. last Thursday.
He was deceased at the scene. The BC Coroners Service, Commercial Vehicle Safety and Enforcement, and the RCMP continue to investigate.

I wonder how this happened, not the best intersection in town. Should be turning signals there also.
Blaming the intersection are we? It played no part in this death other than it was there.

I dunno if this is true or not but I heard the cyclist was very drunk …
