Prince George, B.C. – Today is the second and final day of the 6th annual Automotive Swap Meet at the Prince George Golf and Curling Club.
Hosted by the local chapter of the Vintage Car Club of Canada the meet offers patrons the chance to look over the many items set up on tables and on the floor throughout the curling rink. There are all sorts of car, truck and motorcycle parts, everything from rims and hub caps to chrome grills, carburetors and other pieces from vehicles born way back in the past, and a wide variety of just plain “stuff.” And don’t forget to have a look at the metal art (right). It’s pretty cool.
There’s lots to see, including a number of classic and newer automobiles which are on display and up for sale.
And the meet gives buddies and new acquaintances an opportunity to BS a little and shoot the breeze.
The Automotive Swap Meet runs today from 10 am to 3 pm. Admission is 2 bucks.
