Prince George, B.C. – The ever popular Junk in the Trunk event is returning to the CN Centre parking lot Saturday October 1 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

As always it’s been organized by the Regional District of Fraser-Fort George and has been billed as a chance to promote reuse and recycling so that less unwanted material ends up in the landfill.

There is a $10 donation to book a stall with left over items going to AiMHi. To register call REAPS at 250-561-7327 or the Regional District at 250-960-4400.

Brings back to mind that old saying: One mans junk is another mans treasure.

Too bad I’m stuck at work, have a pile of stuff I’ve been meaning to sell but my work schedule doesn’t really jive with the garage sale-ing times. Too much hassle trying to sell things individually online as well.
