Operation Red Nose Delivers 142 Safe Rides Over the Weekend

Prince George, B.C. – It was a busy weekend for Operation Red Nose in Prince George.
The designated driving service delivered 142 rides over the weekend – 47 on Friday and a whopping 95 on Saturday.
“Overall, it was a great weekend. As Saturday wore on, there was a steady stream of calls from 11 p.m. to 3 a.m.,” says spokesperson Andrea Johnson. “Wait times were minimal and roads were good.”
Over four nights of service Operation Red Nose has provided 216 rides which compares to 308 over the same period last year.
