Prince George, B.C. – 2016 was another successful year for Prince George Crime Stoppers.

The local non-profit received 485 anonymous tips over the course of the year resulting in 16 arrests and over $22,000 in seizures.

Crime Stoppers reminds residents there are three ways to submit an anonymous tip.

• By calling 1-800-222-8477 and providing information to the operator;
• By submitting a typed tip via their website at pgcrimestoppers.bc.ca;
• By using SMS texting. You can text “PGTIPS” and the information you wish to provide, to 274637 from any cell phone or device with SMS capability
