Changes on CNC Board of Governors
Prince George, B.C.- The College of New Caledonia’s Board of Governors is now being chaired by Robert ( Lee) Doney.
Doney has moved into the position as “Acting Board Chair” having served as Vice Chair for the past 8 months. Doney, who was the former Deputy Minister for the Ministry of Advanced Education, was initially appointed by the Provincial Government to the Board of Governors in February of last year.
The position of Chair became vacant when former Board Chair Jason Fisher, announced he would not seek another term on the Board because of work demands. Fisher’s term as member of the Board expired at the end of December.
A new face on the Board is Gil Malfair of Malfair Law in Prince George. He was appointed to the Board in mid December.
