Prince George, B.C.- About 450 residences in the Southridge area of College Heights will have either low water pressure, or none at all for much of Saturday.
City of Prince George crews worked this week to locate a leak in the system and discovered one of the affected properties is a school, so repair work has been scheduled for the weekend.
The problem is a valve in a the watermain. It will take from 9 tomorrow morning until about 4 in the afternoon to replace the valve.
Areas marked in yellow on the map at right, will be impacted.
Some homes in the area will experience low water pressure, but those at higher elevations, such as Vista Ridge, will have no water at all until the repair is complete.
