McBride, B.C. – The Village of McBride will receive $285,540 for Dominion Creek Drinking Water Intake Replacement.

The funds will flow through the Clean Water and Wastewater Fund which is providing approximately $310 million to 144 projects throughout the province.

The money helps ensure reliable access to clean drinking water and improved environmental protections.

The Province says the fund is one step its taking “to strengthen, grow and diversify rural communities.”
