Cariboo Cougars Fall 6-1 in Telus Cup Action

Prince George, B.C. – The Seminare Saint-Francoise scored six unanswered goals to club the Cariboo Cougars 6-1 in Telus Cup action at CN Centre last night.

Hunter Floris scored the first goal of the game 7:32 into the first period but the visitors took over from there exploding for four goals in the third to ice the game.

Pierrick Dube led the way with two goals and one assist.

In other action Thursday Regina beat Leduc 6-4 while Mississauga shut out Cape Breton West 1-0.

The loss drops the Cougars record to 1-2-1. They play again tonight versus Mississauga.

The puck drops at 6 p.m.
