Prince George, B.C. – Perhaps you are an equal opportunity type of person when it comes to divesting yourself of items you no longer have use for.

Put another way, maybe you like to take the junk you want to get rid of and support community groups that have worthwhile causes at the same time.   Should that be the case, it’s the perfect weekend to get the job done with not one, but two Junk in the Trunk events taking place.

Now they are not in competition and both can use your support.  The Bel Canto Choir is holding a combined Junk Sale-Bake Sale-Barbecue from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. today in the Salvation Army lot at 777 Ospika Boulevard.  Vendors can purchase a spot for $10 or two for $25.  The cost is $10 for members.

And REAPS is holding its Spring Junk in the Trunk Sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at the CN Centre parking lot.  Spot bookings are being taken at (250) 561-7327 or at events@reaps.org
