Regional District Board Heads to McBride
Prince George, B.C. – The Board of Directors for the Regional District of Fraser Fort George is planning a road trip.
The regular monthly meeting for May will be held in McBride. “It’s been at least a decade since the Board has held its regular meeting outside of Prince George” says Renee McCloskey, Communications Manager for the RDFFG. “With this being the 50th anniversary of the Regional District, we thought it was time to head out again.”
The Board meeting is set for Thursday May 18th, and will take place in the Robson Valley Community Centre. The meeting is set to get underway at 1:30.
Following the meeting , the public is invited to stay and meet the directors and learn more about Regional District services and its history over the past 50 years.
The Board has two more road trips planned this year, taking its monthly meeting to Valemount in July, and north to Mackenzie in September.
The meetings are open to the public.
