Variety of Activities Offered for National Health and Fitness Day
Prince George, B.C. – Residents of all ages are encouraged to get active today and take part in a variety of activities spread throughout the community for this National Health and Fitness Day in Canada.
The City of Prince George has teamed up with Engage Sport North and the YMCA of Northern BC to offer a list of sports and activities which local residents can go out and enjoy today, absolutely free. Here’s what’s happening:
9 am – 11 am Pickleball (all ages) Charles Jago Northern Sport Centre
