Prince George, B.C. – The Prince George and District Community Arts Council’s annual Spring Arts Bazaar and Great Northern Chili Cook-off is being held today at Studio 2880.

The event is held on the front lawn of Studio 2880 and features stalls filled with local artisans works which are for sale plus the Potters Guild’s seconds sale of hand-made, affordable items.  Funds raised are split between the Arts Council and the Potters Guild.

Everyone is invited to purchase a hand-crafted bowl and test the chili concoctions of all of the entrants in the contest and then vote for their favourite recipe.  There’s also musical entertainment on hand and there is no fee to simply attend and see what’s going on.

The Chili Cook-off runs from 11 am to 2 pm and the Arts Bazaar is on from 10 am to 3 pm.
