Prince George, B.C.- Might want to  give yourself a little extra time this morning to head to work, if  you  live on Westgate.

City crews will be  starting  construction  on Westgate to install water, storm and sanitary services to 6749, 6797 and 6798 Westgate Avenue.

The  work could take as long as two weeks to complete,  so a traffic detour will be available  along a temporary road.

Residents are asked to obey all traffic control workers and signs to ensure the safety of pedestrian and vehicle traffic, as well as construction crews.
