Prince George, B.C. – One person  has died in a single vehicle crash on  Ness Lake Road early this morning.Prince George RCMP  say the crash occurred  on Ness Lake road near the intersection with  Swan Road  around 2:40 this morning.

Emergency personnel  arrived on scene  to  find a single vehicle off the roadway and a lone male nearby. First responders administered first aid, however the adult male was pronounced dead at the scene.

The BC Coroners Service was contacted and attended the scene. A Police Dog Service team also attended the scene to search the area for other possible casualties, however no one was found.

A portion of the road had been closed to traffic while investigators reconstruct the scene in order to determine how the collision occurred.

Initial investigation indicates that alcohol was not a factor.
