‘He also reminds business owners that they have the right to refuse service to anyone.’ – Until you get sued.
Just for the plain and simple fact that he was lurking around staff rooms and schools, I would not call the police. I would beat the crap out of him first. Shop lifting is one thing. What this a$$ clown is doing is worthy of a good old fashioned beating. Ooop.s forgot. Crooks have rights to.
Finally, somebody out there who isn’t a sensitive wallflower and thinks like I do. In the real world the justice system would spank him with an El Dente noodle and tell him to carry on, in the real world thump therapy 101 would leave more of an impression. BUT you would be hauled across the carpet due to neglecting the nimrod’s ‘needs’ and you would be charged! Sad sad state of affairs!
Crooks not only have rights but they have more rights than the victims. I agree with your comment, some people are like computers, you have to punch information into them…..
Property Offender? The new P.C.term for tthief I guess?
Apparently a 250News term. PG Citizen calls him a thief
How does this work. I’m refusing you service. Why because I”m ******? No, because I think you might be thief.
And off we go to the human rights tribunal where the burden is on me to prove that my motivation was anything other than the apparent race or religion of the person I refused service to, complete with a $10,000 fine if I can’t convince a left leaning panel I refused service for other than a discriminatory reason.
Easier said than done. But I’ve seen this guy around, he’s actually real friendly so if he does rip you off, there’s no malice.
Unless you are regular normal retail customer with your own reusable bags. now the stores are asking anyone with bag or pack to leave them at the customer service. Nothing like accusing every one of your customers o being a thief or potential thief.
Not only that, but they state that they do not guarantee the security of your possessions that they have taken charge of.
I am refusing this request and if they staff insists, I then offer to exchange my purse with theirs. Many then realize what they are asking.
Holy geez Brent, there might be some serious whining coming around! Political correctness and all the rest of that crap might surface! LOL
very graphic and somewhat disturbing, but maybe check out what happens to thieves in a lot of other places. they never steal again
