Prince George, B.C. – Here’s something new that you and your family may enjoy giving a try as you celebrate Canada’s 150th birthday.

The very first Canada Day Motorcycle Show and Shine is being held today outside the Harley Davidson shop on Vance Avenue.  Everyone is invited to stroll through the parking lot and have a look at the bikes gathered there.  Motorcycles of various makes, models and vintages will be on display in the show put on by Harley Davidson Prince George.

As well, as part of the festivities the Harley Owners Group of Prince George is hosting a barbecue, also in the parking lot.

The event starts at 10 am today.  The end time?  Well, we’re told it will depend on the crowd.  The show will continue as long as people keep turning out for what could become one of the annual Prince George events to celebrate each Canada Day.
