Police Seek Help in Locating Missing Man

Prince George, B.C.- 46 year old Franklin Douglas Orr is missing.

Prince George RCMP  say Orr was last seen Wednesday July 5th in Prince George.

Frank, as he likes to be called, did not return to his residence. This behaviour is out of character and a concern for loved ones.  Investigators are asking the public’s help in locating him.

He is described as 

  • First Nations male
  • 165 cm (5’5″)
  • 73 kg (160 lbs)
  • Brown eyes
  • Long black hair (last seen in a ponytail)
  • Tattoo of a necklace and cross around his neck
  • Tattoo of boxing gloves on his back shoulder
  • Wearing: dark pants, dark jacket, light coloured shoes and sunglasses

When last seen,  he was carrying a light coloured backpack and was last seen near First Avenue and Tabor Boulevard  around 9:20  Wednesday morning  ( see photo below right).

He does not have a vehicle, but likes to go fishing, particularly at Paddle Wheel Park in Prince George.
