Kamloops, ,B.C. – A rapidly moving wildfire currently located in Electoral Area “A” of the  Thompson Nicola Regional District is threatening properties  east of Little Fort in the  Dunn  Lake and McCarthy Lake areas.

Because of the potential danger to life and health, the Thompson-Nicola Regional District has ordered everyone to evacuate the following properties immediately:

Electoral Area “A”: • 2357 to 3141 Auldgirth Rd • 285 Bradshaw Rd • 1939 to 3085 Dunn Lake Rd • 60, 61 Emery Rd • 2560 to 2790 McCarthy Creek Rd

Electoral Area “O”: • 9840 Windpass Rd Additionally, all properties located within the red Evacuation Order area, as shown on the map   below
