Prince George, B.C.- Emergency  teams are responding to a 2 vehicle crash  on highway 97,  just north of 100 Mile House.

One person is confirmed to have died in this collision.

Highway 97 is  closed in both directions  as a result,   there is no information at this time on contributing factors to the crash,  or when the highway will  reopen.
