Another Pot Dispensary Busted
Prince George, B.C.-Two people are facing charges as a result of the investigation and subsequent search warrant at a storefront in Prince George.On Friday August 4th, 2017, the Prince George RCMP’s Downtown Safety Unit, with assistance from the Detachment’s General Duty Section, executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at Wee Medical located on the 1400 block of 3rd Avenue in Prince George.
Two males age 34 and 32 were arrested inside the business.
As a result of the search, investigators seized a considerable quantity of marihuana, cannabis infused food, cash, packaging material and other evidence to support charges under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
Both accused were released on Promises to Appear for court on October 11th, 2017.
Prince George RCMP are praising the public for providing information that lead to the search.

The original operator of the dispensary said that the company that runs the shop covers all legal expenses of their employees. I am not sure if that still applied as there was a different operator for it. I am wondering if the two people will receive typical sentences for the crime.
More importantly, when is our govt going to stop wasting our money on this ridiculous war on pot?
